Subject Description

Pitch & Strategic Dialogue

More than just a series of lectures, this event is designed to be a forum for strategic dialogue.

Three startups will present their projects, followed by in-depth discussions with investors and experienced entrepreneurs.

Goal: to facilitate informed decisions, not just decisions based on self-interest.

Hosted by: Alice Hermé, Founder of Hermé Solutions

Jean Vanderstigel — Réseau Entreprendre Switzerland and the 2026 Winner

Jean Vanderstigel, an engineer from Arts et Métiers.
He worked in the construction, automotive, and custom machinery industries before founding VERSUS in 2012, a company that provides services for work in hard-to-reach areas.
He was named a winner by Réseau Entreprendre Suisse in 2014 and has been a member of the Réseau Entreprendre Suisse team ever since. This network leverages the experience of entrepreneurs to support new project leaders through a two-year mentorship program led by volunteer business leaders.
Jean offers to share his experience as a board member or advisor to SME executives.

Daniela Casetta — Fundamental Networking

Daniela Casetta is a speaker, workshop facilitator, and founder of FUNdamental Networking.
Arriving in Geneva on her own, with no contacts and no knowledge of French, she built her network from scratch. She shows us how to do the same: the 5 myths of networking, practical tips for events (small talk, strategic exit, follow-up), her FUNdamental Networking method, and an active listening exercise.
Twenty minutes to walk away with simple tools and a desire to network.

Toma Gadjov — Junior Enterprise
What if your next project were entrusted to students?
Toma Gadjov, a computer science student at 42 Lausanne, serves as president of Junior Enterprises Switzerland.
This confederation is made up of 12 Junior Enterprises, student associations that carry out projects for companies.

After an introduction to the concept of Junior Enterprise, Toma will present two concrete examples of collaborations between companies and students. The goal: to give participants ideas on how to involve students in their own projects.
