2017 Asage Golf Open
The 7th Asage Golf Open 2017 in Esery was once again a huge success!
Experienced golfers played in sweltering heat, while less experienced players had the chance to hone their skills on the 9-hole course, and beginners got a taste of golf with a great session at the driving range followed by putting practice. Some were lucky enough to take a dip in the refreshing pool, and everyone gathered for cocktails, the awards ceremony, and dinner. We also got to take part in a fun game that evening with Starlight Golf, and hit balls after dinner in the dark using glow-in-the-dark balls!
Once again, ASAGE and its sponsors were able to treat the participants and winners—not only during the tournament but also during the raffle—with gifts generously donated by the sponsors.
Above all, a big thank you to La Maison Zenith Montres (which has been with us for four years, provides us with significant support, and gave each participant a gift) without whom we would not be able to offer you such a great experience.
But let’s also thank Maison Fragrance Du Bois (part of the Asia Plantation Capital Group) for its generous donation of perfumes, Air France for providing airline tickets, the Mövenpick Hotel for dinners and overnight stays, the Artists-Way Foundation for original paintings, its partner Orlaya Vinsavec for bottles of wine, and chocolates from Maison Renoud in Carouge.

Program Overview
Team Tournament
The ASAGE Trophy will be contested in teams of 3 or 4 (depending on the number of participants), using the shotgun start and scramble format, with the 2 or 3 best scores counting on each hole.
A distance and accuracy contest will be held on the course.
- 12:00 p.m. Pick up scorecards
- 12:30 p.m. Competitors’ briefing with Mr. Emmanuel Ballongue, the tournament referee
- 12:45 p.m. Positioning at the 18 starting points along the course
- 1:00 p.m. Start of the Group Tournament
- 6:00 p.m. Last check-in.
To participate in the tournament: Please provide your name, email address, cell phone number, school, and preferred team size (optional—3 or 4; to be determined later based on the number of participants).
Minimum HCP 30
Introductory & Advanced Sessions
At the driving range, equipment and balls are provided (please wear sneakers or flat shoes)
- 3:00 p.m. Arrival of participants
- 3:15 p.m. Theoretical overview of the various aspects of the game
- 4:00 p.m. Workshops on the 9-Hole Course (long game, short game, and putting)
- 6:00 p.m. Return to Hole 18 for the tournament’s conclusion
- Everyone will be able to change in the golf club’s locker rooms

Evening
Starting at 6 p.m., the first teams will arrive for the tournament
- 6:00 p.m. Putting Games
- 7:00 p.m. Cocktails and the presentation of the trophy for the 7th ASAGE Golf Open, sponsored by our partners, Zenith Watches, Mövenpick, and others.
- 8:00 p.m. Dinner
- 10:00 p.m. End of the demonstration
