On Thursday, November 20, 2025, Asage hosted its “Exceptional Speakers” evening at the FER in Geneva: 225 guests enjoyed a feast of hearty laughter.
The unmissable Vincent Kucholl & Vincent Veillon, the legendary RTS duo, took us on a journey through their fifteen years of collaboration, from their early days in Valais to their Lausanne-based studio, Pain Fromage Studio, which they co-founded with @Maude Golay and @Vincent Sager. From *Couleur 3* to the show *52 Minutes*, their journey perfectly illustrates a distinctly Swiss sense of humor: tender, sharp, but always kind-hearted.
Under Thibaut Gallineau’s meticulous direction, we explored their iconic characters—from the Upper Valais farmer to the corporate executive portrayed with gentle satire—and their incredibly subtle way of capturing the corporate world. They shared their entrepreneurial mantra with us: “We work hard… but only when it makes us laugh.”
Between improvised role-playing, self-deprecating humor, irony, and slapstick, the evening even ventured into the realm of management: yes, funny managers are more competent (science backs this up!) and humor, a true tension-reliever, brings teams closer together… and sometimes even brings them closer to the divine.
The event wrapped up with a cocktail reception on the rooftop of the iconic building.
