For thissecond edition of the HR Meetups, ASAGE is partnering with MeetYourBoss and is supported by the CVCI (Vaud Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
To participate in the April 30 events in Lausanne, which feature 10-minute interviews with company recruiters in a “job dating” format,
- Registration is still open until April 12

- If your profile matches the needs of the participating companies, your application will be selected, and you will be provided with a schedule of interviews.
- Participation fee: 40 CHF (only if your application is accepted).
- The interviews will take place on April 30 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. in Lausanne, at the offices of the Vaud Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- An on-site training session will be held at the CVCI offices on the afternoon of April 27 with the candidates and a team of coaches.
18 companies from the region have announced their participation: Amag, ATOS, BCV, BDO, SBB, Cogestim, Concordia, CSS, De Rham, Extia Switzerland, Institut Icare, Kepler Cheuvreux, Mazars, Montreux Jazz Festival, NexthinK SA, Procadres International, Swica, and Swiss Life Select.

Who is MeetYourBoss?
The MeetYourBoss association has been organizing Job Dating events since 2016. Founded as part of a final-year project for a degree in Business Economics (ES), this young organization is committed to facilitating meaningful interactions between recruiters and candidates in a relaxed setting, allowing each pair 10 minutes to talk.
What is Job Dating?
Job Dating is a new recruitment method that brings employers and candidates together for quick interviews lasting about 10 minutes.
This type of recruitment takes place over the course of a single day, off-site. Efficiency, spontaneity, and adaptability are key.
