Jean-François Hartwig has 25 years of experience in general management and management in companies in the luxury and consumer goods sector, including P&G, Pernod Ricard and LVMH. He notably managed LVMH Watches & Jewelry in Continental Europe (TAG Heuer, Hublot and Zenith) from 2011 to 2015.

A graduate of HEC Paris, of French and Swiss nationality, he worked in Germany for 7 years before returning to Switzerland in 2017 to base his activity in digital strategy.

Passionate about digital transformation, he currently manages the company OPTIMIZE, an innovative web agency that supports independent companies to implement their digital marketing, particularly on issues of referencing (SEO and SEM), animation of social networks and management of the e-reputation.

A member of the HEC Paris Alumni office in Switzerland, he is married and has 3 children.
