With a new format, the latest edition of the ASAGE Career Fair brought together more than 100 participants on April 4 at the Golf du Domaine Imp\u00e9rial in Gland<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bringing together 100 prominent figures and managers for roundtable discussions to get to know one another and engage in a collective reflection on the search for meaning in the workplace? Mission accomplished for thethird edition<\/sup>of the ASAGE Carri\u00e8res Meetings, which took place over the course of an evening on April 4. <\/p>\n

For the participants, this was not a theoretical issue to be addressed but rather a concrete and practical challenge, which everyone was eager to tackle during small-group discussions of 10 people\u2014organized by industry sector\u2014with leaders recognized for their career paths and innovative initiatives.<\/p>\n

Ten sectors and fields were represented by prominent figures from a wide variety of backgrounds, all of whom were involved in the topic, both personally and through their organizations.<\/p>\n
