When Diversity Transforms Leadership<\/h2>\n

On Thursday, March 12, 2026, Asage held its 10th Asage HR & Careers Fair…<\/span><\/p>\n

More than 130 participants attended this inspiring and friendly evening organised<\/span> by<\/span> the<\/b> Swiss<\/b> Association<\/b> of<\/span> Alumni<\/b> of<\/span> Grandes<\/span> Ecoles<\/b> .<\/span> <\/p>\n

The evening began with two <\/span>interactive workshops<\/b>, designed to encourage direct discussion and the sharing of experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n

Workshop 1 \u2013 Working with Diversity on a Daily Basis<\/b>
\n<\/b> Hosted by <\/span>Danielle Brault (Danielle Brault International)<\/b>, this workshop explored the practical realities of collaboration within teams with diverse backgrounds and cultures.<\/span><\/p>\n

Workshop 2 \u2013 A Different Approach to Entrepreneurship: Inclusion as a Model<\/b>
\n<\/b>Hosted by <\/span>Yann Bucaille-Lanrezac, co-founder of Caf\u00e9 Joyeux<\/b>, and <\/span>Lorraine Chastenet, International Director of Caf\u00e9 Joyeux<\/b>, this discussion illustrated how inclusion can become a powerful driver of both business and human progress.<\/span><\/p>\n

The evening continued with a <\/span>panel discussion moderated by Claire Burgy (RTS)<\/b> featuring:<\/span><\/p>\n
