{"id":44745,"date":"2021-09-05T15:30:17","date_gmt":"2021-09-05T13:30:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asage.ch\/the-4th-asage-hr-conference-part-2-business-growth-and-sustainability\/"},"modified":"2026-10-11T07:19:33","modified_gmt":"2026-10-11T05:19:33","slug":"the-4th-asage-hr-conference-part-2-business-growth-and-sustainability","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asage.ch\/en\/the-4th-asage-hr-conference-part-2-business-growth-and-sustainability\/","title":{"rendered":"The 4th ASAGE HR Conference, Part 2: &#8220;Business, Growth, and Sustainability&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong style=\"color: #993300; font-size: 26px;\">The 4th ASAGE HR Conference<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Part 2 &#8211; September 2, 2021<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>&#8220;Business, Growth, and Sustainability&#8221;  <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Vuillerens Castle<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<div style=\"width: 1280px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-44745-1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/asage.ch\/asage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/yt5s.io-Rencontre-RH-ASAGE-Septembre-2021.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/asage.ch\/asage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/yt5s.io-Rencontre-RH-ASAGE-Septembre-2021.mp4\">https:\/\/asage.ch\/asage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/yt5s.io-Rencontre-RH-ASAGE-Septembre-2021.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With the support of the CCIG and Quantis, the <a href=\"https:\/\/asage.ch\/asage\/soiree-rh-asage-rh-25-03-2021-online-passe\">first part of the event<\/a><strong> took place online on March 25,<\/strong> with about 100 alumni divided into 11 roundtables\u2014each chaired by a prominent figure from the region\u2014to share their initiatives on the theme \u201cBusiness, Growth, and Sustainability\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>On Thursday, September 2,<\/strong> participants had the opportunity to reconnect and get to know one another (in person!) over cocktails in the magnificent setting of <a href=\"https:\/\/chateauvullierens.ch\/\">the Ch\u00e2teau de Vullierens<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A summary of the insights<\/strong> from the roundtable discussions on March 25 began by recapping the discussions with the key speakers and the potential courses of action that each participant had in mind following the first round of discussions.<\/p>\n<p>Then, in pairs, the participants were asked to choose <strong>specific actions<\/strong> to promote greater sustainability in their companies and in their daily lives. Here is a visualization of those actions, in the form of a word cloud: <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Public transportation, food, recycling, packaging, waste management, and green IT were particularly central to the discussions and commitments.
